In the morning September 4th, head of Russian youth delegation Lukemanoff Timur visited WNU with other representitives.They visited memorial hall, Chinese medicine center, and rehabitation center. Later, they visited Moscow Institute of Arts,WNU practicing hall, Huajin concert hall, and Heluo cultral exhibation.
